We offer the full range of chainsaw and tree-climbing NPTC units for tree surgeons and all users of chainsaws.
Training can be arranged on open courses or exclusively for your company or organisation.
We use sites across the Northwest, which are particularly suited and professionally assessed for appropriateness for each course.
All our trainers are approved by either NPTC (National Proficiency Test Council) or LANTRA (Sector Skills Council for Environmental and Land Based Sector). They also all have considerable practical experience in all aspects of arboriculture.
Chainsaw training is carried out in small groups so that you can receive plenty of individual attention from the tutor, which is supplemented by excellent course materials.
We work closely with the Health and Safety Executive to ensure that our materials reflect current safe working practices.
We have detailed here the most commonly requested NPTC and LANTRA training courses however we are able to arrange training in ANY forestry and arboriculture NPTC or LANTRA course and certification as required.
We also offer a range of certificated and non-certificated courses on specialist forestry equipment.
We can provide equipment/PPE for hire, if required.
